Job Description:
The Time Officer at Dangote Cement PLC is responsible for accurately managing employee time and attendance records using the SAP system. This role ensures compliance with labor regulations and company timekeeping policies while working closely with various departments to enhance processes and improve the overall employee experience related to time management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer the SAP Time Management module for accurate recording of employee attendance, leave, and overtime.
- Perform regular audits of the SAP time data to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant policies.
- Coordinate with HR and payroll teams to facilitate timely processing of time-related information.
- Assist employees with inquiries related to time and attendance records, resolving issues as necessary.
- Generate reports related to employee attendance, absenteeism, and overtime as needed for management review.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies regarding time management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR with a focus on time and attendance management, specifically in the SAP environment.

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Tax Officer to oversee tax operations and deliver high-quality tax services that enhance the firm’s reputation. In this role, you will support tax planning and management, ensuring compliance with tax regulations while implementing strategic initiatives to help Dangote Cement PLC (DCP) meet its tax obligations effectively.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Accurately preparing and filing federal and state tax returns on time.
- Developing tax strategies for DCP being tax-compliant.
- Identifying tax problems and developing solutions.
- Completing responses and schedules in preparation for income tax audits.
- Monitoring developments in tax legislation.
- Reviewing tax returns.
- Informing management and staff of developments in tax legislation.
- Supervising tax team members to ensure that tax returns are completed correctly.
- Building and maintaining relationships with the various tax authority.
Requirements
Education and Work Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in Accounting or related discipline.
